    Host seems mentally unstable. Security is worrisome. Doors never locked 24/7. Room codes are the last four digits of your phone number so anyone could figure that out and have access to you at any time. Both my husband and I Left there with feet and ankles covered in an itchy rash. Bathroom to our room was filthy. Hair and dust covered walls with the jacuzzi jets black with scum. An assumed Unvaccinated neighborhood cat allowed and encouraged on property and around guests and he unexpectedly jumps into their laps while sitting in the courtyard. This cat introduced as the neighborhood stray, ******. Family dog brought in and allowed to beg at your feet during breakfast. Spanish **** that the host claims is full of chiggers hangs in your face all through the main entrance to the house. Host charging credit card for unreasonable damages after you leave with no itemized bill explaining why. In our case it was $100 in extra fees charged at her discretion in addition to the original rental fees. She threatens you with extra charges at every turn and for every soiled towel that if something doesnt come clean we are responsible for replacing but she doesnt give prices. She completely makes it up as she goes then has no proof that she couldnt get them clean after washing. Claims to have thrown them away all while knowing we are waiting to hear of the results.
