    I connected to **** ******** on Linked In and thought that the company, ********* ******** ****** (***), could assist in increasing the marketing effectiveness of my business. **** ******** (******* **) and **** ******* (***** ******* **) co-own and operate the business. They connected me to a finance company ******* ***** to obtain a loan to enroll in the program, for $3000.00. At the time, the website showed several video testimonials supporting success stories. I suspect now that the testimonials were not real.

    I joined the program on 07/11/2022. For the 1st 3 weeks, I had no access to the marketing content for which I actually signed up. However I was able to access technology courses, and found that I could not learn for 2 reasons: 1) it was extremely technical, and I am not; 2) **** ******* cursed incessantly. After almost a month, I was given access to the entire program. However, the profanity was pervasive and unbearable. I could not get past the **** **** ***, and *****

    The refund policy assured that if we did not get what the program promised, we could request and obtain a full refund. After the profuse profanity from all levels, I decided to ask for a refund. I emailed both owners, as well as submitted a request in the online portal. Not one refund request was acknowledged; then emails began to be ignored. Shortly thereafter, I found out that the owners shut down access to the program portal as well as the Telegram page, which was the main training platform. I had my lawyer send a letter to the company headquarters in ******* **; but they have been non-responsive. Twenty (20) other business owners who signed up for ****** have also been ghosted when requesting a refund. I recently found that one owner, **** *******, has a *** in *******. He has been in business since 2019, offering the same services for which they fraudulently took money with ****** His business ethics is non-existent. I’m seeking full refund resolution.
