Hello Mycrypto,** reaching out in regards to a scam I fell victim to. Long story short, I had a Coinbase account which is for ****************************** uses. This team of experts told me I had to send them $230 through Coinbase if I wanted their help retrieving my ORIGINAL LOSS OF FUNDS which was approximately a little over $4000 on PayPal and cash app. (And yes, *** tried complaining already to both of those businesses for resolution) So Ive been scammed twice now and the second time since it was through Coinbase, I tried contacting their customer service and unfortunately couldnt reach any solution even though my money was taken from me, and it was considered fraud in my opinion and to my knowledge. Coinbase has taken the position that I owe them $230. This is because I disputed the charge through my financial institution after not reaching a solution with Coinbase directly. I received a credit from my financial institution, but Coinbase claims that I now owe them since I disputed the charge through my bank, This entire situation has been longing and hard and its really frustrating, so that is why I am reaching out for guidance as to what to do and for assistance. im hoping you can help given that. I have a lot of evidence to support what Im saying. Thank you for your understanding and time.
