I was ripped off and defrauded by Tire Mart in **********, **. I brought a car on Dec 17, 2022, and paid the Agent that sold me the car, the $3000 that she told me to bring her for the 2006 ****** Corolla. After i gave her the $3000, she assumed i had more money and added additional fees. Before i left with the car, she added an additional $597, which she had not discussed with me. I met the agent at Tire Mart and gave her the $3000 that she said the car cost altogether. She then told me to meet her later on to pick the car up, because she needed to get a new battery for it, and had to draw up the bill of sale. When i met her hours later, she was ******* me to sign the paperwork, because she said she needed to take food home to her family. In the paperwork that was presented to me, it showed that she wanted an additional $800. I advised her that i didnt have that kind of money, so she reduced the fees down to $597. I reluctantly signed the paperwork, and left with the car, because everything happened so fast. When i got home, i looked over the paperwork, and was shocked to find all the errors in the contract...even down to the date of purchase, which is incorrect. I immediately called the dealer and she said she would fix it, which she never did. On January 14th, 2023, the Agent repossessed the car, for what she said was for the lack of me not paying the $597, which she claimed was for tax and title. By the way, her contract didnt allow for repossession until 1/17/2023. The dealer turned the car off on 1/13/2023, while I was out running errands. *************************** and her Business Partner, (*****************************) refused to allow me to pick my personal belongings. Everytime I made arrangements with them to get my personal items in the car, they end up giving me the runaround.
