      Take your *********** elsewhere! (READ UPDATE)***** ******* is very disrespectful and Im honestly surprised he has a job in customer service, Id give 0 stars if I could, I hope he gets some training in customer service. I also agree with the other reviewer, these people treat you like youre less than them, its disgusting and people shouldnt be judged by how they look Im highly disappointed, Id vacuum the beach before I let this location touch my car again. Im HIGHLY Disappointed!UPDATE: after speaking with the district manager and him saying h*** handle the issues appropriately, nothing has changed. He made sure to collect payment and flooded the review section with false reviews praising ***** *******, even management is a ******* NOT take your car here, go to ******** instead! Wayyyy better service there.

      I went to the dealership for my first oil change. I was told I had already received an oil change one week after I purchased the car. This was not true. The technician left my oil cap off and now I have oil all over my motor. I called the services manager several times. It has been 7 days and no call back. I love my car, but I feel very uncomfortable about having my car serviced at this location.

      I would give less than 1 if available. WORST customer service experience with the Service maintenance department. Waited 5 hours without an update unless I sought for it. The service technician started an argument with me and the service director was also very rude. Will never return to this location. BEWARE!
