    I purchased a new tire from this establishment on January 2nd 2023. This is my secondary vehicle meaning I do not drive this vehicle on the day to day bases. So hardly any miles were out on the tire until around January 18th. I put my primary vehicle in the body shop to have some minor body work done. At that time I started driving the vehicle this establishment put my tire on. On February 1st I noticed my car making a strange sound as if I had a flat tire. Every time I checked the tires were fine. On February 2nd (today) I was driving on the highway and the tire this tire shop put on my vehicle came completely off my car and I was swerving on the highway for about 30 seconds until I could get to the left shoulder safely and bring my car to a complete stop. A representative from Georgia DOT came out to change into my spare but he was unable to do that because the screws where so stripped and one had broken off. He said instantly I needed to contact whoever put this tire in my vehicle because they did a negligent job. I then had to contact AAA to tow my car to the nearest center. I was told the same thing I needed to contact Christopher tire because they did a negligent job. I contacted them. They were rude. The owner ******* said he would have someone come out and look at my car at AAA to see if his company was at fault. No one ever came. I simply asked this man to have my car towed to his establishment and please make this right. He has not been of service at all. I am having to replace my rotors and a host of other things due to this businesses negligence.
