    well where to start I placed an order with this company and it's been more than 1 week and I still haven't received a tracking number and yet it's an item that it mentions having in stock. In addition, I try to contact the company by email and I received a response out of 30 messages sent. I am also told that the delivery time is 1 and a half weeks! but on the other hand I still have not received my tracking number after more than 10 days following my purchase! I also tried to call the company more than hundred times and I did not receive a return call or even a response from them! Personally, this is my worst online shopping experience with a company, the worst customer service... they are zero professional and absolutely unreachable! Due to all this is inconvenience there and the lack of professionalism and the fact that I am not able to have information on my order I am starting to think that I have been defrauded of my money. So I took extreme measures and called on a professional company who will do investigations regarding this company to help me get my package or get my money back since I am not able to contact the company ! As a result, I have also sent 3 emails over the past 2 days to the following address hello@sexdollalley and strangely the emails are returned to me, because they are no longer being sent, as if the company had blocked me! They didn't give me a choice, I took extreme measures and I'm leaving it in the hands of a collector company! In short, all this to say that I have still not received anything, so I cannot comment on the quality of the product but for what is the company as such and the customer service and satisfaction! he just has none it's really hard that's why I think it's a fraud and I don't recommend this company! Worst experience I have had happened when I turned 31.

    Ordered 3 weeks ago,no tracking or delivery date yet,no communication on last 3 emails and calls ?? Only have 4 weeks left at current address,just want my product. How long should I havet to wait? At least communicate with me and give me options ??

    I am a repeat customer. The first doll I purchased is perfect and exactly what I ordered. The second doll however is not. I just received the second doll yesterday. I sent two emails and still have not received a response.
