I needed trim paint so I asked them to add black to better the coverage and the store owner ****** and his Son ** took turns bashing me loudly in front of a full store. Then ** agreed to do up my paint after calling me stupid and instead of 1/4 drop of black he turned the whole can of paint grey. I didn't realize it was grey until I went to do the second coat. Because I had my own way that was different from their opinion I got publicly scalded and called stupid which I can handle but sabotaging the paint I'm paying my hard earned money is petty and childish! Thank God I was painting my own bathroom and not a customer of mine. What if I had been on a job with a customer and that trim paint came out grey? That would have cost me more than money it would jeopardize my credibility and reputation as a business owner. It's hard enough being a Handy Girl and I've been dealing with these guys for years. They literally yelled at me and called me stupid and sabotaged my paint. I paid 21 bucks for a 1 quart can I have to go elsewhere to get all over again. Now maybe y'all can't help me but messing with what I'm paying to get is not ok with me. Bash me I can take it. But don't waste my money I work way to hard for what I've got. As a paying customer, regular customer, I should have gotten my paint fixed correctly with no problems. I spent 50 bucks there yesterday to get intentionally screwed over for being able to think for myself. I'm not sure what to do or what can be done but they shouldn't be able to do that when a customer is paying for things. I pay to get what I want not to get sabotaged and have to pay again. Please help me or tell me what to do. I'm so tired of the BS I have to deal with.
