      I would like to express my disappointment in business relation with Chris Mill Homes. At first, I did not appreciate how this business forced me to close on the house when I noticed during the final inspection that some things were not done the way they supposed to be done, for example: he placed sod only around the house and at the time of the closing the rest of the property were left bold, while the contract said that the rest of the property will be seeded. I had to argue with the builder's representative through my relator to place seeds at the hour of my closing scheduled for that day. At the same inspection I noticed that the siding on the left side of the house is damaged and needs to be replaced. The closing took place at the end of July 2022 and the siding is still not replaced. Also the builder keeps trespassing my property constantly. While he was building another house across the street he stored piles of dirt on the corner of my property. After I complained he removed the dirt but left damaged area and did not replace the sod. It is still bold. There is also toilet boot standing in the back of my property while he is building another house in back of my house. I complained to him about it but he ignored it. It is still there. There are also roof problems not only in my house but neighbors too. We had leaks. There is another problem - internet. This builder is either doing something wrong or not doing his job properly, while he is building other homes, because he interrupts internet service to other residents like me and others around me. He permits the cable company to run orange cable through my property and other driveways which is causing hazard and raises liability issues. My complaint is ignored. I have to tell you that with my almost 70 years of life in which I had a chance to deal with few other builders, this builder caused the most of my problems I ever had. This is the warning to potential buyers so they know who they are dealing with.
