Absolute disgrace how this Theme Park conducts and runs business. I began going to Wild Adventures in the year 2000, and from that year to the present day the owner should be ashamed of themselves. From the moment we arrived inside the park I could not believe what I was seeing. I had not been to the park in about 8 years, and I used to see long lines, tons of happy people, great staff members and I got the complete opposite. At 12:30 p.m., 2 hours after the parks time to open, majority of the rides were still running tests on roller coasters, or we were being told that the ride was having technical issues and would open soon. NEVER did I see a technician working on a single ride. If the staff told us to come back within a certain time frame, the rides would still be down with still no sight of a technician. Staff just stood around, I have videos and pictures. I paid for a season photo pass, to be informed later upon trying to purchase a photo from a roller coaster we had just gotten off of that there was only 1 ride with a camera. This park used to have a camera on every roller coaster ride they had. They only have someone taking pictures as soon as your group arrives. I rode on the Twisted Typhoon, and NOT ONCE did the staff check mine, nor anyone else on the ride's safety latch appropriately. When confronted on the matter, the staff did nothing and completely disregarded what I had said. Paid for a Cabana for the *************, not once did staff check anyone's armband and there was nothing special about design or set up of the accommodation. I watched a staff member allow children on a ride and then act as if it was raining and made the children get off. When I say that majority of this park's rides were closed all day, I mean it. There were people smoking all around the park, even though there a designated smoking section. I am highly dissatisfied with my experience with Wild Adventures, and I believe something needs to be done regarding the way they run it.

Dear ********, First, thank you for reaching out and sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced during your visit. Saturday was a tough weather day and the park was in lightning condition from around 1:30PM-5:00PM, which affects our ability to run rides and aquatics. We did extend return visit to those inquiring to come on a different day. We did get the rides and aquatics back open upon the lightning clearing at 4:30PM.

Well Ms. ***** like I had previously stated in our email correspondence, I have proof that the weather was not under a severe lightning warning. I have the hour-by-hour forecast for the day. And like I had previously stated, having to close down due to severe weather is completely understandable, but what are your excuses for the hours before 1:30 P.M. and after 5 P.M.? There is no excuse for those hours, correct? Majority of the rides not operating, staff with no care to the customers safety, let alone the fun and excitement your customers are expecting when they come to **********************. I purchased a $48 season pass for pictures, to only be informed that you only have 1 rollercoaster with a camera. This theme park used to offer cameras on all roller coasters, Wild Adventures offers a safari tour, where is the safari ma'am? My friend and her family purchased a cabana, not once was anyone's wristband checked, they had strangers trying to hangout in their cabana anytime they tried to enjoy the waterpark. Instead of making excuses for how poorly conducted your staff was, overlooking safety protocols and trying to compensate with free tickets, you should be retraining your staff, firing/hiring/ managing and finding a solution. I have been going to Wild Adventures since I was 11 years old, I am now 36, and even when offered free tickets, I declined.
