    After going in twice and sending multiple emails with several employees at Arrow Screen Printing approved the proof of my order through email. Picked up my order and they looked good except one part, the most important part, was wrong. Because I approved the proof the only thing they will do is to put a white box over the mistake and redo it. The shirts are various colors and that would look ridiculous. When I went back to look at the proof on my email, one picture did not come through...the one with the mistake. I forwarded the email to my daughter and the same picture did not go through on her end either. The only offer, to put the white box over it at a discounted rate. All I will accept is for them to be completely redone or a full refund.

    We are sorry that you were unsatisfied with your t-shirts. When we get an approval on the art work from the customer that tells us that everything was satisfactory and ready for printing. it is clearly stated that once you approve it that is what we print. we feel that offering to fix them or reprint at a discount was fair on our end since you did approve the art that was printed. we stand by our product and try our best to make sure everyone is happy, but this mistake was not our fault.
