      ******* and *****, the two sweet girls helping me at the Ocala store, were wonderful! They were so patient, pleasant, and not pushy at all! They gave me a lot of different styles to try on and were always gracious about bringing me more items. I will definitely be back!

      I bought a Leave the judging to ***** t shirt and after one wash in cold water the lettering started falling off. I contacted styles by soma and they said that I couldnt return or exchange it so now I have a shirt that I cant wear or use. I cant believe after all the wigs Ive bought and clothing Ive bought from this company with no issues that I cant get some kind of resolution! Bad business practices if you cant return or exchange a defective shirt. Not happy.

      I would like to remind you that Styles By Soma is a small business. If you purchased a shirt from any large retailer, wore it, washed it and then tried to return it, they would not accept it as a return either. This is a standard policy among most stores worldwide, small boutiques and larger stores. The same goes for a wig. If you purchase a wig, wear it, wash it, and try to return it, unfortunately it will not be accepted as a return. This has and always been our policy which you may review here: ********************************************************* If you ever receive an item that has a defect, we will be more than happy to accept it back and offer a solution. However, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item to notify us of any defect, again, as laid out in our shipping returns policy which you have agreed to on every order you have placed with us.

      I can't say enough good things about this wig company and online community!~ As a purchaser of wigs for over three years now, I have tried all the big brands and online websites and the grand customer service, quick shipping, and stellar quality of the products I receive from them have made me a loyal customer for LIFE! How many companies have a founder and CEO who personally responds to their customers and ensures their needs and satisfaction is met?!       I have purchased over 50 wigs from Styles by Soma and have never been disappointed. Everything has been as advertised or better. I had an issue with an order. I emailed Customer Support. I received a response within 24 hours and the issue was resolved. The customer service is amazing!!!Shipping times are as advertised or earlier. Once there was a delay in shipping and I was notified right away.

      Styles by Some is a safe and secure website and app. All are regularly updated giving its shoppers a protected shopping experience. The app and website are a breeze to navigate. An amazing internal search engine. You can find exactly what you need in seconds.       I dont have any specific reason for wearing wigs. I wear them beachside I want to. And they are by far the best I have ever worn. And the service is amazing! Just all around a great place to do business.

      My hair was starting to thin... In August I fell and broke my wrist...I had a hard time washing and doing my hair...I came across Tiffany on ******** who was doing a Live...I ordered a wig from Styles by Soma... When I received it was shocked with the wonderful quality of the wig .. That was the beginning of my ordering more...I have also ordered hair care products for the wigs... Everything I have purchased is top of the line...Their customer service is incredible... They respond to emails in a timely manner and make sure the customer is completely satisfied...I absolutely love Tiffany and her staff and wouldn't go anywhere else for a wig...I live in ************ and always receive my orders within 5 days...

      If your new to wigs or just looking for a new wig , this is the company. I have learned so much from the live videos. The quality of her wigs are the best and most comfortable. I have tried a lot of different companies and these wigs are far better than any I have tried.
