Working with Alston at ***** Roofing was a pleasure. It was so stress free, unlike working with other contractors at times. His customer service is by far the best I have ever experienced in this arena. He went over and beyond in many areas of this project. He really impressed me, and that doesn't happen often at all!!! Originally my adjuster recommended a roof repair, but Alston didn't agree with that decision and agreed to come out again to meet with the adjuster so he could show other areas of the roof that the adjuster initially missed. He is definitely an expert at roofs and when it was all said and done, the adjuster changed his recommendation to a full roof replacement!!He also does little things like send a text when he's enroute with his eta, most people does NOT give that type of service, it doesn't even cross their minds to do.Finally, the roof work itself and the time to complete it. Our roof is now beautiful!! He took pictures and videos as the work was being completed. The craftsmanship is just as great if not greater than the excellent customer service that he provides. It only took one day to complete the work. He and his workers were here a little sooner than scheduled, once again I was impressed!!I highly recommend Alston for all of your roofing needs!!! I didn't know him personally before this project, I read the reviews (all positive) and hoped for the best. I am living proof that those reviews are real and on point, he absolutely lives up to his prestine reputation!!

I hired ****************** because they were highly recommended. I was very impressed with Alston's timely arrival and professionalism. He explained in detail exactly what needed repairing on my roof and how it would be done and the cost. In addition he allowed me to see the issues via FaceTime.
