    I went to Peachtree immediate care in ********** ******* on September 19, 2024 for a fall I had at work. They sent me to the hospital because I had a head injury and contusions on my left elbow and my left big toe and my right ankle. I was told to return after going to the hospital because she was going to treat my other injuries and I needed a referral to rehabilitation. I made my appointment the next morning Went to the office. When I went in, there was nobody there at the front desk And I could hear them all laughing in the back. There was only one person in the waiting room. I had my appointment for 12:18. They took the person back that was there before me before they called me back three other people had walked in all white people. Two of them was needing a drug screen for a truck driving job and I think the other one was needing a drug screen too. They turned them away Saying that there was no one there to do a drug screen. The girl at the front desk was very rude and called me to the front desk and tell me she would not be seeing me today. I asked her why, and she refused to answer me and I showed her my paperwork where I was supposed to have a follow up visit and she was very rude and told me that they would not be seeing me today no excuse offered at all. I had made my appointment online and they had plenty of time to call me if they werent going to see me, but they didnt. These are some of the rudest people I have ever seen when I went for my first visit I was landing and they were laughing at me. They are all very unprofessional. Now Im still injured and have not been able to get a referral to a therapist for my fall.
