      In April 2023, Warner Robins Supply delivered the wrong materials to my home and charged me $2411.00 for materials. It took me 4 weeks of calling and going to company to finally get Wes(manager) to have them pick them up. Wes gave me my refund paperwork, but the accounting department will not release the money. At first, they said it was their bank holding up the money since it was a large amount. Next they said, it was processed to my bank. They told me they couldn't do anything about it. Chris T****** is the main manager and refused to help me. I got my bank involved ********* called the accounting department and *******(CFO) letting them know that it was never even applied to my account that their accounting department was in error. ******* told my banker that he wasn't giving me the money. This has been going on since May ***.
      i have filed a complaint with the state of Georgia Attorney General last week. My builder ***** ****** told me yesterday that WRS has done the same thing to him. I have tried calling and going to their company, but they are now ignoring me. Please let me know what you can do to help me get my money back from them.
