I purchase a vehicle from the dealership approximately 4 months ago. When I first went to the dealership, I was looking to purchase a ***** ***** to have more space for myself and family. At the time of purchase, I was driving a 2018 ***** ******* which at the time had lien on it. My ******* only had 25, 000 miles on and was excellent condition. The car i was looking to purchase from drive source was a much older vehicle. The ***** was a 2015 with 168,000 miles on it. The owner Lakista M******* asked me to give a down payment for the ***** of 2000... I then explain to Lakista that I can take the car-to-car max and sell my ******* because I had positive equity in my ******* and car max had already given me a price for the ******* and they will be willing to buy it I could have taken the ******* to******** or even several other dealers who were willing to buy and given Lakista 2000 down towards the *****. However, the owner Mr. Lakista insists that he did not want me to sell the ******* because he can get more money for the vehicle was his exact words and that he would rather me trade the ******* in with him instead of selling because he feels he can get more money for it. Because the ******* still had a remaining lien on it. He even asks me if I can get the bank which was fifth third to come down 25,000 even so that he can purchase the ******* himself, I owe 27,000 on the ******* but due to his request I was able to get fifth third to type of a settlement letter for 25,000 even so that Mr., Lakista can purchase the ******* as he promised. However, instead after trading the vehicle in, He kept on his lot for 2 months with a lien on it and never purchase the vehicle as promised. He even had several of his employees driving the ******* around illegally, although he knew it had never been legally purchased; At the time i purchase my ******* my brother sign with his name because I did not have a Georgia license
