      I purchased 2002 ***** ******* from ********* **** * ***** **** **** ********* ***** ***** ** ***** for $4,000 and paid via check but wasn’t able to do the paperwork there because the title was located In ****** ****** ** at Kings Car Care. We drove to complete the paperwork and received temporary tag and told title will be mailed out but it wasnt. The temporary tag didn’t expire until ******** but the paperwork wasn’t complete in the system so i couldn’t get a tag at the *** ******. I was instructed by the *** ****** to contact the seller to tell them to complete my paperwork but they didn’t. My tag expired and I to drive illegally for three days because they wouldn’t do the proper paperwork. I drove to Kings car care on ******** and he put another temporary on until ******** which I thought was absurd. I didn’t realize until I got home that the vin on the temporary didn’t match my vehicle so it looks like i put a stolen tag on my vehicle. I went to the *** ****** 3 days straight. On the 3rd day the worker told me to go back and make him put a new temporary because I’m still driving illegally because the vin isnt from my vehicle. The dealership finally put the car in my name so i was able to get a temporary at the *** ****** that lasted until ********. The *** ****** instructed me to get my title so i can get a hard plate but I never did. I even sent them email and called but never received my title. I tried recently to still get my title because the transmission within a few months after purchase. I still dont have my title

      The owner will tell you that he mailed it out but that is a lie. If he mailed it out to me then it wouldn’t say pending at the *** ******. The *** ****** told me if he truly completed the paperwork it would not be pending because the new title with my name will be mailed out to me. He needs to complete the paperwork in the system on his end and he has not
