  I contacted Marble Masters regarding my bathroom remodel. I spoke with Shafer who came to my home within the week. He reviewed my drawings and we discussed my vision for making my existing space into a handicapped area following the ADA guidelines. I was given a total price the same day he came. Shafer was very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk with. I went to the showroom and met his father/business owner, Neal. From beginning to end I am very pleased with my end result. They have a team for each phase from tearout to electrical to plumbing to paint. It has been a year since the project was completed and I could not be more happy with the result. The new showroom allowed me to step into the shower space to get a visual of what my area would feel and look like. You won't be disappointed if you go with them. Neal even gave me cleaning tips that I was not aware of and it worked on new AND old finishes!

  Marble Masters are the absolute best in showers and vanities! We have purchased two showers and vanities and could not be happier. We highly recommend Marble Masters!!

  I think they should have fix the shower the way Mr.Shafer came out to measure and told us they way they were going to do it but that's ok I heard they done some else the same way which was family you want prosper

  Schafer and all of our salespeople tell the customer about choices they have when we are in the home.
  The actual choices are decided by the homeowner during the install process. You were asked where you wanted the seat and told us. we did exactly what you wanted. then a week or two later you wanted to change the location of the corner seat. Unfortunately we can't remove a seat once installed. I offered you GIVE you a second seat for that other corner. You said nevermind it was ok. I do not understand your complaint.

  Not pleased with install , had too much overhang over sink , varying depths all the way around sink , they removed and recut but only fixed 3 of the 4 sides and we still have 1/2 overhang in the corners, limiting sink opening, I would suggest working straight with subcontractor instead of Marble Masters
