  Absolutely terrible business practices. I had been with my therapist for almost 4 years and due to a lawsuit I am barred from communicating or getting a referral from her. I was offered zero transition time to see a new therapist and they haven’t given me any clue of what to do next other than come back to their office which I will absolutely not support a business like theirs.

  If I could give zero stars, I would. Georgia Behavioral Services has demonstrated a blatant disregard for the well-being of their clients. Instead of prioritizing the mental health and continuity of care for vulnerable individuals, the owner has chosen to weaponize the legal system to block access to therapists we trust.
  I was one of many clients who voluntarily followed my therapist when she left GBS--not because of solicitation, but because I built a relationship with someone who helped me during the hardest time of my life. GBS responded by suing her and other therapists, and as a result, we were abruptly cut off from care--no warning, no referrals, and no transition support.
  To make matters worse, the owner accessed private client records to personally contact people and pressure them into returning. I was on the receiving end of one of these calls, where manipulation and gaslighting tactics were used in an attempt to shift blame and undermine the therapist I chose to continue seeing.
  This isn't just unethical--it's harmful. Clients deserve the right to choose their care provider. Therapy is about trust, safety, and healing. GBS has broken all three.
  Avoid this place at all costs if you value your mental health and basic human decency.

  The counsellor that I have is a great listener, always has helpful suggestions, and is just a joy to speak with. I always feel better after we talk. My counsellor shows genuine concern and understanding and is easy to talk to. I feel very fortunate to have found Georgia Behavioural Services.

  I didn't know what to expect, and I was very satisfied with how comfortable they made me within the first minutes of the session . They were able to make my ********* subside quickly. I would recommend this service to anyone looking for a psychologist/ Counseller who is easy to connect with. DEFINITELY FIVE STARS FROM ME!
