    Made an appointment online for my 60k mile service and received a confirmation for the appointment for that service. I arrive for my appointment and discuss what was going to be done and I also stated to them to look at another concern I was having. Two hours later I get a Tex stating my vehicle was ready. I arrive to the dealership and get my invoice to pay for service. I reviewed the invoice and the work was not conducted as expected in accordance with my request. They only did a basic oil change and I asked why and the advisor Joshua could not tell me why it wasn’t done. He stated going over prices of the certain things in the 60k mile service. He wanted to keep my vehicle and I said no it’s late in the day and I need my vehicle, It should have been done as scheduled. I am already in the system and he didn’t offer my military discount as well. I told him that VW is falling off big time. He gave me his card and he told me to call him directly. I paid for the service and walked to my car. I get in and the same old service sticker was still in the window. Now I’m pissed, I get out and told him to come take a look at this. He came over and he went to get the manager. While he was doing that I lifted the hood to see if the actual service was done and you should not have to do that as a customer. The manage comes out and apologized and he said he is trying to change the culture. I asked why my 60k service was not done? He said his foreman did your oil change which still didn’t answer my question. He said that he is going to review the 60k mile service and can me back with a discount price for that service. I called Joshua back left a detailed message to tell his manager to give me a call back and I have not heard back yet. I don’t think am going back there. I lost all trust in that dealership. I also contacted VW corporate since I’m a longtime customer’93 ‘01-present. My 60k service should be done on the house since they are so unorganized.

    I was assaulted by receptionist Sonya D*****, she cursed at my children, threatened to “beat yo ***!”, assaulted me and followed me out to the parking lot and assaulted me again. I have a pending lawsuit against Volkswagen and she is still on staff there. Very volatile and dangerous place to be.

    The person posting this review left out details of her repeated use of racial slurs toward our staff members. She is not welcome back in our facility, nor is anyone else who chooses to use such vile and provacative language towards our staff or customers.

    Lies. Morris D***** called me a racial slur. Sonya D***** bolted out from behind her desk dropping the * **** numerous times. I wasn’t even talking to her. So apparently you do tolerate “vile” language.

    Told me I needed to get my brake pads replaced as soon as possible, I called up there once every week for 4 weeks, was told someone would call me back, they never did, my husband finally called and they scheduled me to come in Thursday at 9, I sat reading in the break area for about 45 minutes and Joshua told me they didn’t have my brake pads ordered, told me to come back the next day at 9, my kids were out for Fall break that day, came back, they sat playing on their tablets for 2.5 hours, I stepped outside when they got antsy, came back and my coffee that I brought from home was dumped and my two small bags of chips were thrown away, Sonya D***** was very rude to me when I asked if she knew where my coffee mug was (there is no sign saying you can’t leave items in the break area, was never offered a rental car, no table and chairs outside to sit my items on, I walked right past her desk to exit the front, she knew they were not done with my car as you pick up your car at the side door) sent me across the dealership looking for it in the back offices, I sat back down, had been told it would be another 45 minutes, it was longer than that, a salesman approached and said something to me, I began voicing my complaints about the last month for the first time, Sonya D***** shot out from behind her desk and came at me dropping the * **** about 30 times with her hand raised at me, I said “No, you’re not talking to me like this, somebody get my car, I’m leaving.” She proceeded to assault me and had to be restrained after several minutes of verbal abuse and harassment (calling me names, insulting my appearance i.e. “your nasty ass” insulting my children i.e. “your damn children”insulting my parenting) she cursed at my children and threatened to beat my xxx, had to be restrained multiple times, followed me outside and had to be restrained multiple times. Called me a “coward” because I wouldn’t fight her.

    My 2022 ** was leaking oil and covering engine. I brought my VW to the dealership on Thursday ****, I have yet to actually get a call from the dealership to explain the findings. I have had to repeatedly call the dealership about my car to get any answers.
    I am told my car will be repaired under warranty. While this is great news, it seems the dealership is less interested because it will be under warranty.
    I'm confused, we purchase warranty's and often choose to purchase a vehicle because of warranty coverage. It seems this is not the case and warranty covered things are a burden to the dealership. This issue with my car, I've been told will ultimately end up as a factory recall. Which now worries me even more.
    It is now Tuesday **** and I am still without a vehicle. I've asked repeatedly for a loaner vehicle and have yet to receive a car. It has been one excuse after another, all of the loaner cars are being repaired as well, someone hasn't brought the car back, or we need to repo a car???
    I need to get to work and I have no vehicle, some one at this dealership needs to take charge! I am concerned and have lost confidence that my vehicle will even be repaired correctly!
