    I am being charged for pest services that I did not receive. They keep billing me for this service and have now turned it over to a collection agency. I have sent 3 emails asking for these charges to be removed. In addition, I have placed several phone calls and only get their call center. I have asked for a manager to contact me to resolve this matter with the promise that I will be called back. I have email documentation to prove that I have tried to resolve this with this company but keep getting generic collection emails in return. I need help resolving this before they ruin my good credit standing. Thank you for your help.

    I received my last pest control service (#XXXXXX) in my home on ******** I gave Steve ********* a check (number XXXXX) for $118.00 which is for 3 months of service. He entered my check information on his machine and gave my check back to me and said, "It went through." A week later, I received a balance due from Purcor through an e-mail , so I called Purcor and the receptionist said they were having a computer change over and that it would go through soon. On ******** I received a written bill in the mail. I sent the same check to the ********* ** billing address and sent a letter stating that I was canceling the account and they owed me $72.66 for the future two months for nonservice and I also called XXXXXXXXXX and canceled the service. The check cleared the bank. I called Purcor on ******** and asked where my reimbursement was and the receptionist said, " It was a 3 month service and the company owed me nothing." I was irate. I know Purcor owes me the money. I feel like Purcor cheated a female senior citizen. Please help me with this matter. Sincerely, ******* *********

    We paid Peachtree for a termite bond on our house. They treated our rental home for termites and we have had annual inspections since at least 2008. Peachtree performed a booster treatment and renewed the contract in 2020. They guarantee against termites and that they will repair the damage if it occurs. The contract states "This contract provides for retreatment of a structure and the repair of damage caused by wood destroying organisms within the limits stated in this contract. Our tenants noticed termite damage in a window sill in September 2021. So they came out and eliminated the termites and said they'd check again in a month to be sure the termites were gone and that they would repair the window sill. This repair has not yet been completed. They last visited the house in March 2022 but did not perform the repair. In late March 2022 (days after their last visit to the house) they referred us to a new company, Purcor Pest that had taken over/bought out Peachtree's Warner Robins operations. Since then we have called numerous times they always say they will call us back but never do. At one point they asked if we could find a handyman to do the work; we provided info on two handymen to them in May but have had no follow-up. We have called and called and called and nothing has happened. We called on Friday, ** June, and the lady who took the call promised a call-back by the end of the day. We got nothing. We called again on ** June and same: "we'll call you back" with no response. Our policy/account number is XX-XXXXXXX. The property address is *** ********** ****** ******** ** We would like Peachtree/PURCOR to honor their end of the contract as we have honored ours and complete the repair. This will save them the expense of going to court and being sued for refund of contract costs plus legal fees, lost income, and time lost working this.
