    Today I received yet another letter from Universal Rad Consultants stating it was the final notice to pay our bill. I have two bills, one from 5/1 for $119 and the other dated 7/16 - $490.00. I have emailed this company 2-3 times letting them know that we received a letter from ****** county hospital for financial assistance of 70% off. They asked me to email the letter, which I did. Since the bill still wasn't adjusted, I had to reach out to them again, and they asked me to forward it to another company, which I did & never heard anything.

    I received an email saying that it has been approved, but we continue to receive these letters saying we owe 100% of the bill. This is very stressful as I do not want my bill going to a collection agency. With the 70% financial assistance discount, our total bill should be $182.70. I cannot make a payment until this has been adjusted.

    I am attaching screenshots of the bills along with the financial assistance letter from ****** county hospital with the 70% discount for financial assistance.

    If you could please get this company to sort this out asap as I do not want my bill going to a collections agency.
