I have rental homes that are managed by Fickling. On or about ********* Fickling requested that I approve repairs for the quest bathroom toilet. I approved the request. On or about ******** Fickling's own maintenance members attempted to repair the toilet. Evidently they attempted to repair the toilet 3 separate times. The last note from the Fickling repairman appears to sum up the issue. "Update on the quest bathroom it flushes some but still can't flush toilet paper." On ********* ********** ******** arrives and states ran auger down guest bathroom toilet and pulled out toilet paper roll. Evidently that fixed the problem. After numerous emails ******* ******* agreed to refund the $334.50 back on the **** statement. email is attached! No such refund was ever made. In a separate issue with the same house the ceiling was leaking in the laundry room on our about **** 2022. It was determined to be a plug in the EVAP line. Evidently the line was unplugged and the ceiling repaired by ***** ******. Charge $375. About a year later ********* the ceiling was again leaking in the laundry room. The charge this time was $875.00 done by ***** ******* (related to *******??). These repairs appear to have either been poorly done or the repairs not properly done. I can't understand why it has to be redone just one year later. In short I remain concerned about the repairs being done on my property and am questioning if they are being done correctly.
