Did not get to actually do business with this company. They made an appt for us and never showed. Talked with the office person a few times. The person to do the estimate claimed they finally came there, but never rang the bell nor dialed the 2 numbers provided. Left us waiting 3 1/2 hours before we called to office (again) only to be told he had been there, called and we just didn’t answer.

Your appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday Sept 28th, 2023. When i arrived at your home at approx. 9:50 I called the number listed on my calendar four times for it to only go straight to voice mail. Your property has a gated entrance with a posted sign that stats NO TRESSPASSING and another sign that says fence has voltage. So to say we never showed up is not true. Also, when you spoke back to my office manager you made a comment about how your phone(s) have been messing up.
In my final response i would like to stat that we do not charge to come out and do estimates. That is something in service industry, Roofers are the only service provider that comes out for free and gives estimates (Plumbers, HVAC and etc. charge to come out). With that being said i drove right around 45 minutes one way for you not to be home or possible not answer the phone to allow me on your property. I feel as though I am the one that wasted my time, gas and here I am getting bashed on the Internet yet again because customers are never wrong.
PS We even offered to come back out at a later date
