      Sent payment for 2 scooters and never received product. Will not answer the phone and no refund as of ********** Thie check was cashed on September **** 2022. This company has been doing this for sometime now. This was 4000.00 worth of product never received. Please help

      As I explained to you the 2 scooters had a technical
      Issue that our distributor wearhouse was addressing.
      You decided to cancel the order for them.
      I told you that now you have store credit per our store policy listed on the website. Therefore, you may order any scooters at any time using your store credit.
