I had a $75 gift card that I was not able to use because they were booked and was not willing to honor my gift card for a future date. I was told someone would contact me when the therapist i wanted returned but it never happened.

According to our records, ****** ******* used part of her $150 gift card on ********* ***** **** @12:38pm.  She had a classic massage which costs $60 with our Massage Therapist David S**** and left $15 as a tip for David with gift card. Client called the day before the gift card expired mad that we did not call her when a different therapist had returned from surgery.  This is not our practice to call clients.  We have a lot of clients that come through the business doors.  Even though our clients are very important to us, it would be hard to remember this information and dates for clients.  We rely on our clientele to to be responsible for making their own appointments and remembering their own dates.  We try our best to meet our clients needs and wants to the best of our small business abilities.

Below are the notes and receipts.

    ***** ******** Sat ******** **** **** at 3:20pm      +task
client called a day before her gift card expires on ******** (it expires on the 22nd) and we are fully booked. She was upset from the start, blaming us saying that we were supposed to call her when Tabatha came back from surgery. I apologized that no one called her and said that we normally aren't the ones calling clients to book, so I can't guarantee that someone was supposed to call her. I recommended that she use the $75 remaining on her gift card towards product so that she can use her gift card, she rudely said that she doesn't want our product. I said that we have other lmts that we could've easily booked her with (she has never even seen tab, only david)... she told me "don't tell me what to do with my money or who to book with".... she said she'll "be reaching out to the business"... I said "Please do! We appreciate your feedback :)"

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:

I was not offered to come on the day because I was told no one was available. I said no to the products because I cannot use just any products on my skin. Although, I had no issues with David. I did not want to see another male therapist.  I think as a manager she was rude and not very accommodating. I even asked if I could go ahead schedule another appointment using my gift card.

    Sincerely,

    ****** *******
