    This business has charged bank cards instead of insurance for two members of my family, myself and my daughter. My children saw ***************************** ***** ( owner ) and she did not charge insurance for 6 months. My daughter had insurance in March per a phone call and mail notices from CareSource. I was not informed by this office until July that my daughter's insurance was not processing and I have yet to receive the requested documents showing that my daughter's insurance was ever charged ( CareSource informed me they had no requests on their end every time I have called since July.) . My daughter's appointments (as well as my son's) were abruptly cancelled due to nonpayment without discussing the issue with me. She is now strong arming me in an attempt to have my ex husband pay her cash (she has already charged his card without notice for appointments that my daughter had insurance for) and refusing to follow up about back payments with insurance for their negligence. This also happened with her office on my account and my card when I started seeing another therapist there. They also attempted to have us sign a contract for coparenting classes without notifying us of the cost up front ( around ****+ retainer plus 200$ per session out of pocket, not included in amount they are attempting to charge or have already withdrawn without notice.) They are defrauding victims of abuse and siding with the abuser for attempts at cash payments and she has threatened to "block" me from communication because I said I would call the police and file a report which would be a typical response to companies defrauding their clients and extorting cash payments from the parent who does not have medical decision making or is not the primary custodial parent (joint phys). I have all evidence/emails/threats and/or hostilities towards me then projected at me and told I am making threats & being hostile when I respond to protect *********** children. In total about $****-3000 is being extorted.
