    I actually received a call from them just this morning. They've taken care of the credit to my account.

    se from the ones i emailed about it in weeks and I want my account credited for the 35 days, or at least a full 30 day month.

    I need some information concerning billing policy On the 9/26/2024 hurrican Helene hit waycross GA leaving many peoples without power or cable along with other things.  My lights were restore buy t not my cable services until the 10/10/2024. Here is my problem. My cable was out for 14 days but Vyve Broadband cable services added $10.53 more to my previously bill which was $176.93 knowing I was without cable for 14 days. (Please see attached document for the entire description of my complaint)

    concerns. On 12/3 & 12/4 our Support Specialists attempted to reach you by
    phone; We were unable to reach you. Since the outages were due to unprecedented
    and uncontrollable circumstances like severe power outages, we’re prioritizing
    solutions that we hope will provide you with more value as your service
    resumes.

    I am paying for services that no longer works. We have tried multiple times to get someone on the phone with failure. All of the internet, cable, and phone services are down. Its a simple fix to reconnect the cable to the house, but no one has come to resolve the problem. Even though we have no service and cannot talk to anyone, I know for a fact the next bill is coming on November 2nd. We need help from our provider and no help is in sight.

    I terminated internet services for ******* *** on 8/19/24 via phone contact, took their equipment back 8/26/24 . Received bill for 9/9/24 to 10/8/24 for full amt of 115.60 on 9/14/24. I phoned them today and was told that we would be billed for 9 days in September due to some kind of 30 day policy for business disconnect. Seems like a scam to me. Just want to file a complaint report and hopefully stop them from their shady business practices. My email address is *******************, your system would not accept it but that is the email.
