    I have had very positive experiences with this company in the past. Earlier this year, I hired them for a moving job. They damaged some furniture and broke a new ******* SmartTV that was purchased in January 2021. When I contacted the owner, he agreed to replace the TV and I forwarded the information. He told me on a couple of occasions that a new TV would be shipped and that he would forward tracking information. That never happened. I continued to follow up. Finally, a few weeks ago an old, used 2013 ******* TV arrived. It was not a SmartTV and it was not even half the size of the TV they broke. It was apparently sent as a very rude response to a small and sincere request. A simple we dont replace the items we break would have been an honest response but this action was really unkind and uncalled for when someone has spent thousands of dollars with this business in the past. I hope this encourages others to take heed before using this company and to get clear expectations in writing.
