Booked a night at an RV park 12/29 for one night based on information provided on their website: There was no ***** this is not near any restaurantS… only a donatos and no grocery, just a gas station. We were checking in after 5 due to traffic so I emailed asking if someone would be there to check us in. The only response I got was “yes.” When we got here there was no office to check in at, I called and left 2 messages with no response. Emailed again, no quick response. Finally another c***er came up and said same thing happened to him and he just parked. So we did. Finally got a response from the “manager” ***** and he said **** will call you. No call. He emailed me again telling me to call ****. No answer. Then **** drove up as I was hooking up, said we were good on the spot but didn’t know about wifi and to call the manager back, or ***** Got in touch with *****, he gave me a wifi password but didn’t know the network name. Said he would call back. Then tara called and said they don’t even have ***** So basically we’re stuck in the middle of nowhere, no food around, and no ***** all of which we paid for. Not to mention the hassle of getting to park and hookup took almost an hour. Another hour goes by and we’re sent wifi info, but it doesn’t work. It’s not even an option to connect to. We want a refund.
