      My daughter was hit by an Anwaste commercial truck August 9, 2024. The Am waste driver got the ticket. We have not heard from them. They are refusing to pay or answer the attorney.

      The truck that service county line rd in ********** is repeatedly making a mess with trash in my yard. They service several neighbors and when they pull off the trash is flying out of the truck. I have reported this via email but no one has responded. They service the area on Wednesday

      On 01/01/2024 I moved into ****************************************************************************************************************, a rental property that does not belong to me. In December 2023, I requested and paid for services online. I paid *****, the quaterly fee.The day after I paid and requested services, I received an email stating that the previous tenants left and outstanding balance and that amwaste could not provide services for me until the balance was paid. The email stated that I could pay the balance, track the people down and or contact my landlord to pay the balance. I requested my payment be refunded back to me, I was told it could take up to several weeks to get that refund. I requested it be sent to a supervisor. I was refunded.Myself nor my landlord should be responsible for this unpaid balance by someone else.Amwaste is the only provider in ************. This is not good business, I paid for said requested services.

      I had trash service last year that ended October 2023, I had no trash pick up, and the trash cans were taken away, I just paid all the back pay prior to October because I had no service, thus no payment is due, 329 and some change and now they are requesting more money stating I owed for the months they provided no service, this is false and unethical, this is fraud. I am only supposed to pay for service when it is provided not because they not making enough money and want to charge people so they can pay their employees.

      **** is outstanding Company is not responding I have contacted them multiple times They issues an invoice on January 1, **** due January 2, **** that was not received until January 22nd Set up for Autopay and it says an outstanding balance will be paid, but it hasn't been yet and I can get no assistance

      I live on a parcel land with other family members. My family member, at **************************, has stopped her trash service with the trash company that picks up our garbage on a weekly basis. I have not discontinued my service; however, as of November 2023, I have not had my trash picked up. I have called on multiple occasions, to either leave messages or to have my matter resolved immediately. To no avail. No one has helped me. I asked for the corporate office they said it was in ********** georgia. I called them. The representative tried to assist me by taking my information; and stating that she will contact the supervisor. As of today January 19 ****, my trash has not been picked up. I'm asking the am waste pick up my trash and continue my weekly service. Oh shoot

      I havent received trash pick up in four weeks. I called the office and the girl ***** acted like it was my fault that Im supposed to call and stay on the phone and hold for two hours to let them know they didnt pick up my trash and my trashcan stays beside the road always I reported it she told me to put all the trash that they have left and they would pick it up at 8 PM that night yet they havent picked it up then I called her the next day she has a real ugly attitude and told me I had to wait two more days after she promised she would pick it up that night before 8 PM now animals have scatter it everywhere . this is ridiculous. I pay my bills on time. Im a good customer and to be treated so disrespectful by the girl in the office because they havent picked my trash up that I have to pay them to do , they need new office people ! is this business just a scam. Are they using it for some other reason because theyre not picking up peoples trash

      I began service in April 2022, paying my bill immediately. It took 6-8 weeks to receive my can after numerous phone calls I finally received a can. Over the next few months my trash was picked up sometimes. Never received a bill, ever. I continued to put my trash out but it would be skipped over sometimes and I couldnt figure out why. I called, no answer. Ive emailed, no reply. Then they stopped picking up my trash weekly so I called. FINALLY got ahold of someone and they tell me I was cut off for nonpayment. BUT IVE NEVER RECEIVED A ****!!! Come to find out they email the bill and had the wrong email address, whomever typed it in spelled my name wrong. I asked them TWICE to mail me a bill so I can see everything since April 2022. I havent received it still!!! This is the worst company and the only company in my area because they have monopolized. And all these cities are using this company??? Make it make sense! This garbage company is complete GARBAGE. The employees are RUDE. No one answers the phone. Cant get a bill in the mail. The incompetency is at the highest level Ive ever seen.

      Since Amwaste began servicing our little town trash pickup is terrible. Within the last 3 months alone my trashcan has been missed (we are in a neighborhood where everyone else's can is picked up but ours). This past week I came home and our trashcan was just gone as it fell in the back of the garbage truck. My husband and I have called several times, emailed several times, left a ****** review, and even messaged the company on ********* I sate on hold with the company 58 minutes on Saturday JUST to be disconnected. This morning when I called I begged to speak with a supervisor and was told they would have to call me back. The woman I speak with every time is not friendly and does nothing to help this issue. At this point I have nowhere else to turn. Unfortunately, this is the ONLY company that services my area so our hands are tied.

      After contacting customer, I was able to rectify the issue that has been occurring for months. The customer cart went missing Thursday after service. New cart will be delivered between Tuesday or Wednesday of this week. I have suggested customer to separate cart from neighbors, which possibly caused some confusion with route driver identifying suspended customers. The customer has my contact information if she has any problems moving forward.

      In 2022, I called and paid my bill out for 2021. The representative told me my account was paid out until Jan 2022 which would start the new quarter. Therefore, I do not have a rear balance. On Dec 13th, and 20th, I notified Amwaste that I sold my home and requested for them to pickup their property. I got a call from my neighbor that they had not picked it up. On Dec 20th and 28th, I notified them again I had moved. When the person told me that my acct was paid inf full & not to worry about the property. Again, I told her I had moved & she noted that was fine. The contact information I called was Office: ************ / Cell: ************.

      Attached is a screenshot of the Personal Property Agreement and a letter invoice from AMWASTE date 03/11/2022 which was send to my address out-of-state.  Again, my account was paid in full in 2022 as noted by AMWASTE staff.  As  such, no money is due.  Please have them to remove this debt from my record.
