    Southeastern *********************** which ********** ****** registered with the website Thumbtack stated he was and engineer in land development which was why I hired him. I needed a 24 by 24 solid dirt foundation built for the detached garage that I was having built by another company while, which another engineer had to be hired to certify that it was safe and correct which at that time failed to pass inspection and also discovered ********* was and is not and engineer in order to get my car garage built I had to pay 3750to get the foundation done and not by *** ****** who at this time tried to but the blame on the garage company he never graded are complete the expansion of my front and back porch he said a cement truck could not be brought in, he also lied repeatedly to come fix the problems and I have given him every opportunity to do so. This man is still on ******, Yep and social media website claiming to be and legitimate company which he is not. 1 The first photo is before I had my tree removed by a tree company 2 I after the trees removal 3 how the yard look 4 5 & 6 photos of how his how my yard is and 7 where he failed to build my foundation for the garage 8 photo is where I had to hire someone to build and lay the foundation for my garage to be built which Mr ******* ****** claimed he was a professional at doing.

    Dear ***/*****, I am writing to file a formal complaint against Southeastern *************** (***************************) regarding the unsatisfactory construction of a retaining wall at my residence. On September 18, 2023, I paid a deposit to ************************************* for the construction of a retaining wall. Despite numerous delays and excuses provided by the company, the project did not commence until October 4, 2023. The work was completed on October 12, 2023, at which point I paid the remaining balance. Since the completion of the retaining wall, I have experienced significant issues caused by the substandard construction with the upgraded drainage system I paid for. The improper installation of the draining system has led to water drainage problems, affecting both my yard and my neighbors yard. These issues have been brought to the attention of ************************************* on several occasions. Despite my repeated attempts to have the problems resolved, the company has failed to address them adequately. Their lack of professionalism, failure to show up for scheduled appointments, and general unresponsiveness have left me with no other recourse. Additionally, I have now received notices from my homeowner's association regarding the drainage issues caused by the improperly built retaining wall. This has added to my frustration and concern over the lack of resolution from *************************************. I am beyond upset with the company's handling of this situation. To date, the issues caused by their work remain unresolved, and I am seeking the assistance of the Better Business Bureau to mediate this matter. I request that Southeastern Land Mangagement be compelled to rectify the construction defects, address the water drainage problems, and compensate for some damages that need to be repaired due to the lack of them doing, as soon as possible.
