    I hired ***************************, owner of **** Cabinets, to make two custom vanities. The quality of the vanities was atrocious, but we compromised on one, but the other was uneven and slanted. I called and expressed my concern to no avail. Finally, I filed a lawsuit and settled that he would come and correct the issues. Instead, **** secretly recorded me without my knowledge in my home and refused to correct his work.

    On the day of install; *********************** stated that the vanities looked great; and so we proceeded with the install. After the job was completed, I asked *********************** to carefully inspect everything before final payment was sent via electronically; incase there was something amiss and I needed to come back. The following morning, I received the final payment. Later that afternoon  *********************** reach out to me about some concerns he had. I offered to come out immediately, but *********************** refused. Repeatedly he brought it up and every time we tried to offer solutions that would be to his satisfaction but to each he refused. All the while having to deal with threats, vulgar language, and demeaning speech. At this point we felt it was best for ** to part ways with ***********************. Soon thereafter we received the lawsuit from ***********************, claiming that there was damage his bathroom cabinets and that we made one of the vanities unlevel by three inches. In court we settled on having me go back to his home and fix the issues he had, as well as to do an inspection of the uneven cabinet claim. My lawyer advised me that I should video record everything so we can have records of the work being done and of the inspection.
    The day prior to the visit I did inform *********************** that I would be recording the entire event, incase he didnt want to be present in the video/audio recordings.  When the day arrived for ** to go do the repairs and inspection, we recorded everything; in the recording you can see ** completing all the repairs on the list. Upon inspection of the claim of the cabinet being off level, when further inspected we found that it was in fact within the regulation standard of being level. I informed my lawyer of all of this and gave copies off all the pictures, screen shots, videos, and audio recordings on this entire matter. Having my lawyer reach out to Mr.*********** lawyer and explain what happened and that we've done all we can on this situation, he asked for the videos to confirm everything. The Issue has since been resolved and we wish the best for *********************** and his family.

    I am rejecting this response because: I you read Kyles reply, he admits the counter was uneven, but refused to repair it despite a court order agreement to do so.
