    ***** at the Winder branch performs an Excellent job every time he services our yard! He covers the entire yard treating weeds, ant beds, and making sure our yard looks and stays in great shape.Thank you ***** for all of your hard work and dedication! We truly appreciate it!

    I should have known right from the start that they would be terrible. The very first treatment the tech pull** his truck into my driveway and dropp** a large bag of fertilizer. I call ** the company numerous times to have someone come out and pressure wash my driveway for it left a large stain. The first time they came out they couldn't get the pressure washer to work and the second time they came out I had a sprikler pipe break under ground so had to shut off the water until the plumber came out. That was last year and they still haven't clean** my driveway. Now I am dealing with lots of we**s. I am giving them one more chance to make this right. If they don't I am dropping them.

    BUYER BEWARE!!!!! I know what you are thinking. Hiring a local company for my lawn needs will be better than hiring a larger company...well you would be wrong. Thank God I only hired them for mosquito control. The relationship started out ***** with the first treatment!!! The technician arrives to provide service and only sprays 40% of my yard! I called the company back and asked them what was supposed to happen during a service call. Only to find out that the technician did not perform the service adequately. I was then transferred to the account manager where I expressed my concern and asked to cancel the account. The manager offers to provide a repeat service and discount the service I received...sounds good right...keep reading. Another technician comes to my property a week later and completes the service properly. I receive the invoice for what I think is the final **** for only $70 and what do I find? A **** for $190!!! How does a **** for $70 turn into one for $190? Well not only was my account not canceled as requested they performed another sh***y service! I called to dispute the charge and they inform me that the account was never canceled and if I don't pay the entire **** they will send it to their collections company! I asked to speak to the supervisor who I learned was the owner's daughter who doesn't have a direct email or phone number?! This company is a joke and I advise others looking for lawn service to look elsewhere...don't say I didn't warn you.
