    I ordered a shirt from Chicos on 11/23/22 and requested overnight shipping, I used Afterpay to pay for this shirt. I paid my initial payment on 11/23/22 $16.32 and agreed to the terms of the payment plan. My account was charged again $16.32 on 12/12/22, and again $1.60 on 12/22/22. I NEVER received my order, my order never shipped. My Chico Order #********* provided this tracking #************ with ****** When tracking my order it shows a label has been created. My order has had this same status for over 6 weeks. I have contacted Chicos on 11/28/22 regarding my order, and was refunded the over night shipping fee. After that Ive contacted Chicos four different times and spoke with four different customer service representatives; and each time received four different responses. I emailed Chicos support team on 12/16/22 because I didnt understand what was taking so long to receive my refund. The response I received was that I needed to contact Afterpay because they (Chicos) said they sent these refunds $26.75 for the overnight shipping charge on 12/2/2022. On 12/7/2022 we issued a credit of $35.99 and $4.27 for the item and the tax. When I reached out to Afterpay to inform them of this information on 12/20/22. Afterpay responded with this on 12/24/22: I can confirm at this time we have received a refund in the amount of $26.75 on 12/02/2022 and a refund of $4.27 on 12/07/2022 but we have not received the last refund of $35.99 as stated in the email you provided from Chicos. I havent heard anything back from Chicos, and Afterpay escalated and started a investigation on 12/21/22 and this matter still isnt resolved. Im not understanding why Chicos is complicating this matter. I placed my order on 11/23/22, I never received my order, so I have every right to request a refund and to receive this back in a timely manner. I have been dealing with this over 6 weeks.
