    Property survey paid for but no markers indicating where the property lines are and that a neighbor's fence may have been installed OVER my property line.

    We worked on this ******** for builder, *************** from permit stage to final survey. We originally completed the FINAL survey for a different buyer on June 9, 2023. All ******** corners were ****ed with stakes and flagging at this time. Over three months later, we received a request to update the buyers name on September 13, 2023. We changed the name for closing purposes but were not requested to re-**** ******** corners at this time. During the three months from our last field visit, any number of things can happen to remove the stakes and flagging attached to the ******** corners. People cut grass, build fences, children love to pull up stakes, and people in general will do the same. Almost always during summer months people will pull up wooden stakes to cut grass. I would imaging the rebar that is flush or just under the surface of the ground are still in, with the possible exception of the rear corners possibly being removed during fence building. Our company cannot "guard" the ****ings of these ******** corners for months at a time. We would gladly come out and **** these ******** corners again but would need compensation to do so. To my knowledge, no one has even called our office to discuss having the corners re****ed. I noticed it says on the complaint "finish the job". We most certainly completed all of the job at the time it was requested by our client, ***************.

    I am rejecting this response because: There is ZERO indication a proper and complete survey was completed on my property. This company WAS compensated for a survey as indicated in my closing paperwork and now wants additional compensation to validate alleged work? Since doing the right thing and validating the survey isn't possible without compensation, I request this complaint remain unresolved, rejected and a negative complaint.

    The job was completed correctly. The property corners were in and ****ed at the time of the original final survey. The stakes that **** the rebar corners do not last forever as stated in previous response.

    I am rejecting this response because: There is nothing new in the response. It's time to consider other options to obtain the verification that the survey was completed as required. As stated previously, I request this complaint to be closed as rejected and a negative complaint. Furthermore, I request that my original complaint and ALL responses be made available for public review.
