    We bought a washing machine from them for ******. We were told the machine would have a 90 day warranty. After 32 days the suspension broke on the machine. We called multiple times and contacted through different means. All attempts to contact were ignored. We finally loaded our broken machine up and brought it to the address they had provided previously. We told Junior what had happened when we got there and said we wanted a refund since it broke shortly into the warranty period. He told ** there was no refunds that he would repair it or give ** a different one. He was incredibly disrespectful the entire time and spoke to my wife in a rude intimidating manner anytime she asked a question. He gave ** a different washing machine but only after refusing multiple times to honor the warranty and give ** a refund.
