    I paid $2340.48 towards a trip cost of $4850.00 that was canceled this month along with the other upcoming trips due to closing the company down by ***** *****, Founder, ********************************************** I had canceled the trip due to having surgery next month and was told I had to have travel insurance for my refund which I had not gotten yet or if the trip is canceled, then I would receive a refund funds *******, I am asking for my refund from ********************************************* as stated in the email sent. Some of the ladies didn't receive an email. My daughter did and she sent it to me. That's all I want is to be refunded.

    In spring 2024, I will begin making installment payments to Ladies&Luggage (L&L) for a November 2024 trip to ******. The payments were charged to my credit card and paid in full in August 2024, as required. On September 3, I received a trip cancellation notification with an invitation to consider another trip offered by L&L. I responded with a request for a refund, which ***** ***** acknowledged. In early October, I reached out again with a ***************** about the timeframe for my refund. I finally received an email indicating a "cash flow issues, and the refund would be sent. However, L&L continues funding 2024 trips as usual per their FB posts and has not even offered a firm timeframe for restitution to those awaiting refunds of the $5,199 we invested in a trip to ****** that the company canceled. So, this complaint is to recoup the payments we made in good faith.
