    I’m responding to your request on what I want for an outcome. I thought I stated that in the message. I need to have a receipt and A refund as I paid him extra because he was my neighbor and I was giving him a tip and he was going to help me out with some other things and he did not. Also, I want two panels replaced that were damaged and the door realigned. Also a refund because I had to finish The job by doing the trim work because he did not complete the job. He was so belligerent. I had to ask him to leave as he was triggering my **** and I almost had to go to the hospital. He had a very threatening attitude!

    Also, I need a copy of the warranty for the door and I want it reinstated as he said in the beginning any workmanship. He said because I put in the garage door opener myself and void the warranty. I want it all reinstated and I want a copy of the warranty. He even instructed me on how to replace a piece of wood that was bad and he said that voided the warranty when he he said I could do the work.  He even showed me how to do it. And he also said he voided the warranty because I installed the door opener but I did not touch any hardware on the door. He installed the hardware on the door and all I did was replace the door opener with a lake unit and I did not have to do any hardware to the door. Also, the same day I noticed a flaw in the panels when I attached a plastic hinge and he went off the deep end telling me I did the damage. So I want to know panels I want the door realigned like it’s supposed to be and a refund of $100. As I had to finish the work on the trim. I tried calling and talking to him and hopefully he would A more professional attitude, and he never returned my call to settle issue. And he never gave me any paperwork any warranty or receipt for the job which I need to have. I had another professional look At the work he did, and he said an adjustment is definitely needed.

    . Also, I noticed there was a 2 inch gap on one side of the door. I sent him the picture of the gap. He put me off as he said he would be here on Friday and then didn’t arrive till Monday afternoon after I had to call him. When I showed him the big gap, he said that was normal. When I showed him the ding in the door, his personality changed immediately, and he became very belligerent and started blaming me for the damage. I am 100% disabled veteran, and I am ** years old. I suffer from **** and *** from the *** *****.
    The verbal abuse, and his attitude blaming me for the damages because I install the garage door using the original hardware on the door. He said that canceled the warranty on the door. He did not offer me a copy of the warranty, nor did he give me a copy or the receipt for installing the door.
    It got so bad I had to ask him to leave the property as I was very disturbed, and I was suffering from a panic attack from my ****. It was like he flipped a switch from Mr. nice to Mr. bad.
