    I ordered a sweatshirt for our sister for Christmas. The sweatshirt was too small. I wanted to make a return however their websites return page is out of order. I should be able to return the sweatshirt but have not gotten any help. I emailed them days ago and have yet to hear back. I appreciate this company but a page as important as the return page should be functioning properly as well as their customer service.

    I ordered a shirt. My card was charged and then the company no longer responded. No shirt was delivered. I have attempted to contact the company via email, website, ********, and Instagram- no response.

    My mother bought this as a Christmas present for my daughter, I transaction number 7FS31000 801853E. My daughter received it for Christmas and it is defective. My daughter got the information from my mom and got on the website and emailed them as instructed on the website to do and got no response. She submitted an online contact as well and nobody replied. I then began emailing the company because theres no phone number listed anywhere. I have not got a reply. We have sent photographs of the invoice and the defective shirt, with the appliqu crimped and puffing off. Its never been used to the tags are still on. I sent copies of the receipt and pictures, and no one has replied. Additionally, Ive gone on ******** left messages on ******** posts and also left a message on ******** messenger and still no reply. A fellow customer responded to my post, saying the same thing is happened to him. This is supposed to be a *********************** this shirt meant a lot to my daughter, and she wanted to wear it to camp and now its been two months and nobody is excepting or even responding this defective merchandise for replacement or credit. We would like the business to credit my mothers account, so that we can find a Christmas present for my daughter elsewhere. I have the receipt and delivery documents.

    I purchased a sweatshirt from their website the beginning of December as a Christmas gift for my daughter. The sweatshirt is too small. I have completed their online form 4 times to issue a refund or exchange for a larger size. I have received no response. I have sent 6 emails to two different email addresses and received no response. I have contacted them via ******** and have received no response. I cannot find a phone number listed anywhere for them. I have received ZERO communication back from them since first contacting them on December 27th, 2022.

    Reference order #*****. We purchased a Hoodie on 7/18/22 for $57.36. On 8/30/22 we shipped it back and requested an exchange for a larger size. The cost of shipping back to them was $11.75. I tracked the shipment through the **** tracking # **** **** **** **** **** 05. I have proof that they picked it up at the *********** in ********* **. on 9/8/22. They never sent a replacement hoodie and they did not refund the money. I attempted to contact them 6 different times using their online return/exchange form, their online email form, I sent regular emails and I messaged them on ******** twice. They completely ignored every attempt to contact them and did not reply to me even once. They kept the Hoodie and our money. At this point we would just like a refund. Thank You
