    I am rejecting this response because: 58 Foundations never responded to me with any explanation at all. I called to speak with management and was told that someone would contact me but they did not call me back. The representative that came out even admitted that the advertisement was very misleading.

    Hello,

    We provided a free estimate and a quote to Mr. ****** based on the services he requested; after he received the quote, he inquired about a promotion he saw on one of our ads. Our Foundation Specialist then got back to him and explained that the promotion was for 50% off of installation only, not materials. Our advertisements very clear state that the promotion is for installation (as shown on both the ad that he attached on his original complaint, and also referenced on the attached landing page screenshot). As a business practice, we would never advertise a promotion that we do not intend to honor. This was all explained to Mr. ****** during a follow-up phone call with our Foundation Specialist on 11/20 at 3:30pm EST where he confirmed he understood.

    Mr. ****** did not purchase anything from our company and is under no obligation to do so; as such, we cannot provide a billing adjustment as his desired outcome states. We have made every effort to ensure he understands our promotion and the associated costs if he wishes to become a customer.

    reached out to 58 *********************************** due to my crawl space flooding after a heavy rain. Sales person **** came out inspected the crawl space and told me an encapsulation, dehumidifier and back up pump would be needed. When a company says, we guarantee they can correct your water problem or your money back! One would think, yes! This is the company to use! Unfortunately, NO! I had the work done in April 2024. September 2024 my crawl space flooded after the heavy rain from ******. I immediately called 58 Foundation. I was told ******* would be giving me a call. Did not receive a call that day. I called back the next day and was told someone could come out in a week! Yep, October 7. ****** came out that day, inspected the crawl space and took pictures. After his inspection of the crawl space, I asked him should my crawl space ground be exposed? Before having it done I watched multiple videos and none of the grounds were exposed. I showed him the pictures of the crawl space flooded and my floods. He asked me to email them to him. He also stated the ** would be calling me. He also told me he would be coming back out to replace the back up pump. No time was given, so I reached out and did not get a response. ****** texted me at 3:25pm telling me he would be at my house at 3:40pm. I explained to him I emailed asking what time because I was picking my children up from school. Then we were heading to practice. I was told, I will call you later with a day and time. He asked, if the ** had called me. I told him NO, **** called me asking a bunch of questions. I had to call ****** back on Friday because he never called me back. Told me he would be out on Monday still no set time. It appears Im just being placed on a whenever we can get to her. I still havent heard from the **. Im a single mother whos been taken advantage of.
