    I hired them to paint my house and repair the boards on the front of the house.They did a sloppy job. They also repaired the front of my house which is coming apart and the paint is coming out. Theres caulking that needs to be done properly. Theyve been out to my house a number of times, but never resolved. One of their men came out and told me that the back patio needed to be re-cleaned properly and repainted because the paint is coming off but they will not do it. Theyve been bugging me for the balance of the $398.for the back patio and Ill pay them gladly because I paid them in full when they did the painting And and I would like for them to finish and repair the front that they messed up and didnt fix properly. They have threatened me with whatever they can do to me for not paying $398. I would like for them to come out and finish do the caulking clean and repaint the patio and fix the front of the house that I paid them for doing at appreciate if you could help me. Thank you *****.

    Our company was unaware of the issues as referenced of our workmanship on the front of her house.  ************** had not discussed these problems with us at any time prior to this complaint.   

    We have been out numerous times and corrected issues with paint lifting on her concrete patio.  We have shown good faith by returning each time she reported an issue.    

    We will be happy to return and take care of problems associated with our painting work.
