This project started out fantastic, unfortunately it has been trouble since. Almost a year later and still hasnt come to fix the issues. Issue 1- Liner doesnt fit. He rushed it in while cold and it didnt ************. After filling and draining the pool a couple times, liner never fixed. We decided to wait until the end of the season and he would come back and fix the problem. Unfortunately, he hasnt responded to a call or text in months. Issue 2- The concrete was never finished. Poured the slab and never finished the gaps/seams. Also the concrete under the liner in the steps collapsed. Issue 3- Electrical. In the months we have had it running, the LED lights in the pool have gone out and the pump died. Since he never finished the job, I have no paperwork/warranty info and had to eat these costs. Stay away. Not worth the problems!

I have been working with ********************* the owner of Woodstock Pool LLC for nearly two years to complete a single project regarding a pool/jacuzzi. Since the beginning of the project, we have encountered numerous problems. To begin, obviously Covid hit and my backyard sat with a massive hole in the ground. I accepted that problem but that became his *** answer every time there was a delay. When work finally began they laid the wrong cement around the pool. I had no choice but to accept that because the type of cement was a he/said, she/said scenario. He came out a few days before the cement pouring and he showed me a 'salt' cement which I agreed that I wanted. He FORGOT to tell the company and they laid a typical cement flooring. AGAIN I ACCEPTED THAT TO KEEP THE PEACE. Then the arrival of the jacuzzi got delayed forever. He kept blaming Covid but i don't believe his story because it kept changing. Then the stonework around the pool was not what I wanted. I specifically asked for a stacking stone look and got a completely different look. AGAIN, I had no choice since it was already installed when I got home. Then we found out there was a problem with the jets in the jacuzzi and **** had to have two sides of the stonework removed from the jacuzzi. EVER SINCE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET THE STONEWORK REINSTALLED BUT REFUSES TO ANSWER MY CALLS AND TEXTS ANYMORE. I have two massive holes and old stonework piled up to be removed. Our MAJOR PROBLEM IS A big issue-the electrical work for the jacuzzi. The jacuzzi keeps cutting out. I had an independent electrician come out and he said their electrician did not install the appropriate circuit and new lines would have to be run for over $3,000. HELP! Also, **** was suppose to have the liner stretched better because it is coming down & curling. He noticed that right from the beginning, Per his request, I agreed to let him wait until the water warmed up. HE HAS NOT FIXED AND I'M JUST WAITING FOR THE ***** TO COLLAPSE.
