      Order with ******************, Table Top Dan (TTD), on 11/28/2023 for $8,986.00; pre-payment required. Order: custom wood entry console, over toilet cabinet, custom bathroom vanity cabinets with pullout and drawers, on top of vanity counter hutch (24" wide) with cabinet doors and drawers, L shaped desk with drawers/shelves and back riser for monitors, kitchen table; desk has maple top; plus tax/delivery. TTD was committed to provide all items, with field visit(s) by them confirming design and stain/finish. Order confirmation on 11/28/24 at 1224 EST: "It can take up to 2 weeks to complete production depending on your order. Custom pieces and extension tables take longer than standard pieces and tables to build. After production it will be sent to the finishing queue where it could take up to 2 weeks to prep each piece and apply the finish you chose." It is ~7 months later and the order is not complete/delivered. Their production manager and team came to the house 2/9 to review the space and design after *** came and drafted initial quotes on 11/9/23 (at the time he say production would be done in 14 weeks...which would be mid-March 2024). Repeated emails/text sent to TTD for updates. *** stated via email on 4/5 "everything except the vanity is done". Rus text photos on 4/26, after I requested for photos via email on 4/16, of completed items. I expressed concern over continued delays (now a month and a half past commitment) and received response on 4/30 from Rus via email that "The vanity and vanity top should be completed this week or early next week. Ill send photos as soon as its completed so you can see the full layout. I would say we need an additional 2-3 weeks to get everything out of quality control and delivered". I asked for an update on 5/3 and was emailed by *** saying " Im in a meeting with the production team now. We can delivery by the 31st." Vanity base and hutch nor desk are completed/delivered and I am not provided a date; this is now 3 months late.

      Our sales rep *** has been in communication with ******* throughout the entire build process ironing out color and other details regarding ******** order.  He provided updates along the way via email and has also provided his best estimated delivery date.  Our sales contract clearly states that the estimated delivery date is subject o change.  On 6/3/24 we delivered 2 of the 4 pieces that ******* ordered and at that point made her aware that we needed  more time to complete the other 2 pieces.  Those other 2 pieces are now complete and are scheduled for delivery 7/1/24

      I am rejecting this response because: I see the complaint was closed before I could respond; I do not remember clicking on it on 7/1 but marking the email as I was out of town.  The statements made by the business/owner are incorrect.  The employee has not maintained contact with me but I have had to follow up with them repeatedly, thru various means (email, phone and myself and others going into their business).  The pieces delivered were taken back due to poor quality (incorrect stain color on pieces and incorrect design).  I was told to have the items in two weeks and then a day before they stated they needed an additional two weeks to do an item my other craftsman can resolve in less than an hour. The have negatively impacted my living situation for months due to slipped commitments and have repeatedly made commitments they have missed impacting myself and other contractors and with no acknowledgement or reprioritization to make things right.  I would like this case re-opened.
