I placed an order with Pulse Uniform on Sept 29th, 2024. It is now October 13th, 2024 and my order has still not shipped. Communication with this company has been extremely limited and only coming from the names of 2 people, either Kathor ******. What I am seeking is to have my order shipped out because ultimately, I am very picky about the scrubs that I like to wear and this company carries what I like but its getting to the point now that Im going to have to look elsewhere. I have emailed them stating that if my order doesnt ship soon, I will be requesting a refund, only to be told that the order is still in process and theyll update me with tracking info when it ships out. Order # ******-035 ordered on 06/19/2024. I had ordered 2 pants. One of the pants was returned via **** tracking # **** 1120 2931 4193 3931 26 and was received to their warehouse 07/15/2024. The pants I returned were the Maevn EON Women's Petite Full Elastic Cargo Pant ( VSC # ****P ) #MA-****P Color: BLK:BLACK Size: MD Qty:1 for $31.99.I had initially wanted an exchange for a larger pant but they were taking over a month to process the exchange. I then asked for a refund because I did not believe they would ever send me the exchange. They have now not refunded me my money and still have not even provided any update.Business Response

We have checked the order and as per our ******************** they have searched for the returned package, however, unable to find it. It might have been lost by the carrier.
Moreover, even we are not liable for lost return package, we do not want our customer to wait any longer and we would like to rectify the concern.
The refund of $31.99 has been processed and may reflect back on her account.
We will report the issue as well to the shipping carrier, regarding the lost package.

I am rejecting this response because: Per email sent from Kath they did receive the item back but stated that the warehouse had not sorted out the returns yet. **** told me that they did receive the pants back at their warehouse verbally as well. Please see the email provided from Kath at Pulse Uniform. I also have the **** tracking confirmation and that is attached as well that shows it did show up at their warehouse. It is not the shipper that lost it, it arrived to Pulse Uniform Warehouse.

The confirmation of received the item/package was based on the tracking number provided (showing delivered), however, we are unable to find the package as of today and our ****************** is continuously checking and searching for it. Sorting of returned items takes 2-3 business days normally, from the delivery date.
Rest assured that we are taking care of the issue, which is why we have already processed the refund since we understand that this is not our customer's fault as well.
Again, we sincerely apologize for what happened and rest assured that we will take this feedback positively to improve our processes and services.

I am rejecting this response because: Please look at the email that was sent from Kath. She confirmed you all had received the item. I now know that your company/representatives are not taking responsibility for your long delay in processing the return of the pants. I am again, for the 3rd time now, attaching the email from Kath. Please read this. She confirmed that you all did indeed receive the pants. It is now no longer about me just receiving the refund which should have been done a long time ago but it is now about integrity. I do see your company as having any integrity and I will not promote your business. I did look up complaints about your company and there were several past customers that had no responses from you when their item did not come to them or when they returned the item(s) to your company, much like my experience.I do not seek any further response from you. I have given you several chances to acknowledge that this is indeed your company's mishandling but instead you are blaming the carrier/shipper. Again, read the email from ****. If you keep blaming it on the carrier/shipper I will keep rejecting your response.

I purchased $545.21 of scrubs from PULSE UNIFORMS ONLINE on 1/22/24 and still havent received a single item. I paid $83.99 for overnight shipping and I was refunded this amount. I was told that my order would arrive by 1/24/24, and have two separate emails stating this. On 1/29/24, I sent a message stating that I havent received any items and could I please have an update on the status of my order being shipped. Your order will be ship after 4-6 business days, as this is regular shipping, stating EXACT WORDS from the email. I currently have a undate the ONE ITEM has shipped and its expected delivery date is 2/5/24. I would expect that the order starts being processed after the company receives your money and information. So, I was charged $545.21 on 1/22/24 and its now 2/4/24 and Im still waiting on scrubs that I need to work at a trauma center. There was was special embroidery and I was misled to believe I would have my order, even partially, by 1/24/24. I will remind you that I was refunded $83.99 for overnight shipping. Even if the ONE ITEM does arrive tomorrow, I cannot go to a job wearing half of a scrub set, especially when the job requires all departments to wear a differentl/specific color. My order number is 220124-002. As a business that sells medical necessities to clinical staff during what continues to be one of the busiest times in healthcare, PLEASE dont promise something you cannot deliver. No one is healthcare is paid enough to deal with such a display of greed and lack of accountability or responsibility. We are the ones on the frontlines taking care of critically ill and sometimes combative patients. Please help me to reach a resolution with this company, as it appears that I will not be receiving goods already paid for. I made a purchase online on sept 8. Order number 080923-027 for a total of 113.98$ about 10 minutes later I requested to cancel my order before it shipped because i realised the amount of the shipping fees. The ticket number for that request is *****. Had no reply from the company. Made another attempt to contact with request number ***** on sept 12. On sept 14th I got a shipment email saying they had processed my order and were shipping the package. I also received that day an email from a ln employee named ****** saying she couldn't cancel my purchase since it had been shipped. The package only shipped 48 hrs later. I emailed ****** again and told her about my situation and complained and she told me to refuse the package upon reception that way i would not have to pay for the shipping fees instead of asking for a refund upon arrival. I received the package in my mail box on sept 21 and brought it back to the post office the next day to refuse the item. The employee of the post office took the package and told me they would sent it back to sender. Now pulse uniform is telling me they will not refund me because someone signed for the package and they say they don't have it. The person who signed for the package is the employee at the post office and they told me they were sending the package back. I have no time to invest in this issue. I d not understand why i have to go through all this and come ang go from the post office and waste time sending these emails when i cancelled my order 10 minutes after buying it. They should not have sent it in the first place and now i am getting nothing back. This is ridiculous. I am not asking for much i just want what i spent back because the package was returned. I contacted support to cancel my order. It is Monday and support has not been available during the weekend. They will not cancel my order because they are saying *** has the package. I called *** and they do not have the package. In the tracking it says they dont have the package either. Now I have to pay for return shipping back and 20 percent restocking fee. I ordered several scrub sets and long sleeve comfort tees during the recent nurses week sale. I ordered a size medium which is the standard size I order in all my scrub tops and bottoms. These sets do not fit like a medium but oversized like a large or extra large. They looked like clown clothes on. Not only is the sizing inaccurate, the material of the sets feel cheap and poorly made. The return and exchange policies on the website are vague, deceptive, and vary. You are informed to contact customer service regarding returns then ultimately informed you are responsible for paying for the return and ALSO a 20% restocking fee. This is absurd! I ordered 2 scrub jackets in med but they dont fit at all. The quality is also very cheap.They have different return policies for exchanges & refunds which is unclear on the page where you order the product, it is very deceptive. I purchased one scrub top & bottom of my normal size in Medium Petite. This is the same size that I have ordered in the past on this website, so I had no reason to order a different size based on their size chart. When I received the items, the top fit fine but the bottoms were way too tight and fit one size too small. Never have I ever worn a size Large Petite and so clearly the scrub bottom was defective and their website did not specify the bottoms run a full size too small. There is no way I would have known to go up a size. On their website it advertises free shipping and free returns. However, when I contacted Pulse about getting my RMA number they advised that I would have to pay for return shipping AND they were going to charge me a 20% restocking fee. This is completely misleading! I went back and forth with their customer service asking them to provide me a prepaid label so I could return their defective pants and they would not provide me one.
