      truly sorry to be the first to review this company. my first experience with this company has been less than par. Bought 2 scoreboards for a high school renovation, got them installed and straight from the manufacturer there were lights out on both boards (exacts same lights on both). I spoke to Chap (he said he was one of the owners) kind of rude fellow. was told they would send out the parts to fix it but that my company would have to replace the parts at our cost as they do not warranty this. I will not be using this company on any other schools we are doing. I have also let the design team and school systems in my area know that this is the kind of customer service that Electro-Mech offers. Customer Service needs work.
