    I purchased a 2012 Dodge Ram **** on April 24th, 2023 from Truck kings auto sales *** located at ***************************************. Truck kings auto sales *** guarantees the drivetrains internal engine and transmission to continue to function as they were for 30 days. On 4/29/23 I sent picture messages as well as a text message to the owner (*************************) of the cracked transfer case and explained that the 4x4 is not working. The owner went back and forth through messages stating that if he was going to fix the transfer case then he would of sold the truck for more than what we purchased the truck for. The owner than said he would help toward some of the price to replace the transfer case but he would not cover it all. We tried back in forth with text message to get the owner ******* to stand beside his 30 day warranty but now the owner seems to have no desire to replace this part to make it right. The last message to the owner was on 3/23/23 with still no resolution and owner just putting it off.
