    ve s been under new managementI was employed for a year as a maintenance specialist. Today I have been terminated for reasons unknown. Since undergoing new management, the general manager has presented herself to have some sort of vendetta towards the male staff. The board of directors have shown clear discrimination and favoritism towards certain employees. there have been talks of giving bad references for those who have previously worked there and seeking new employment. I have been singled out and made to look like a bad person and the general manager has became very power strikes and I was singled out. I, then asked wham I getting terminated and she stated" I don't have to tell you". I believe that was a ploy so whenever or if I decide to obtain unemployment they will not ***** it to me. I can't obtain a good reference because of what she will say and that's defamation of character.
