      My car needs to be done. It has been in their care for over 6 months and I cant even get an update on what is being done. I have given the parts they said to replace defective parts which I thought I could purchase myself. Since then which is now over 6 months nobody is saying anything to me. I need them to finish the job unless theyre hiding something. I pass by sometimes and I see my car parked in their parking lot and it seems to be unmoved. No matter what they should call me if there is a problem. All I could do is wait but 6 months is too long to wait. I need your help.

      I brought my car to have the engine light fixed. I authorized the shop to fix the light. The business charged me $733.09. When I picked up the car, the light was no longer on but a few days later the light came back on. I returned to the shop for it it be fixed again. When I picked up the car, the light was no longer on but a few days later the light came back on. The light went out again. I gave the business three times to fix the issue but it was not fixed. ***In response to your request on the next page about identifiable information, there is such on my email to the vendor. Please contact me so I can discuss this further. Thank you.

      Took my **** ****** echo in because the air conditioning was blowing warm air. They did it just needed Freon and charged me $365.90. 3 days later it stopped blowing cold air again so I took it back. They broke a piece that held the pipes together and all the ***** came out. They said they had to order that part. 2 weeks later with no air and they still haven't got back to. This is Hawaii and it's hot!! Also when they called me after I took it back the owner Stated "what did you people do to the car? Did somebody mess with?" I stated I brought it to you to get fixed. That statement was unprofessional, rude and racist.

       3/11/23 complain about AC is not cooling properly. We diagnose AC system, added R134A *****,  

      1lb. and Dye to the system. Also found her **** ****** ECHO hood latch sticking due to dried -out grease, we cleaned and re-lubed hood latch.for a total of $365.90.

      A couple  days later, she came back and said: AC is not working again. We found "suction line connector plastic broken." couldn't find the part. Had to "Special" order through Servco.

      It took a long time for it to arrive. But she came a few days before the part arrive and took the "broken line connector" with her. We had no idea how 

      SUCTION LINE CONNECTOR PLASTIC BROKE?. it WAS NOT PART OF RECHARGING SYSTEM.

      I am rejecting this response because: They told me they couldn't get the part due to having to pay enormous shipping costs. The part was not broke when they added the Freon. I found the part available at Auto Zone, ******** and Servco. All said available within 3-5 business days. 2 1/2 weeks later with no communications from them about the part. I will buy the part if they replace the Freon and dye I already paid for.

      Please tell customer **************************** to come to our shop and we will credit her **** card of $365.90 and pay for the part that she said we "Broke". But we will not repair this particular vehicle from now on.
