    I am rejecting this response because:

    I paid for the materials the first time, He ruined them!!! now he wants me to buy new material... when you can tell by the photos he does not have the skill needed to do this job. I told him he ruined them he has to pay for them. I now have hired ********** to replace the countertops and I want a full refund. After seeing the counters that he did the first try I do not trust him  enough to spend more money  to let him try again.

    Saddened to hear customer was not happy with the outcome of her laminate countertop. I offered to replace the areas but she would have to pay for the materials.

    I am rejecting this response because: the pictures of the counter tops speak for themselves of the shoddy work done by ******** ***** ( please see pics) .we will now proceed to court to let the law decide and to get our money back.

    ***** ******* is not eligible for full refund. Customer did not inform company of defects in countertop time during final inspection before final payment was made. Customer did not provide proof to claim where countertop fell off or opportunity to repair area(s) that fell off.

    a text was sent to the business about where the top fell off. This screenshot is a copy of the text that was sent.

    any further responses will come from my lawyer this will be handled in court and will include my lawyer fees and court cost or he can refund me the money now.
